Brett Leitner served as amicus counsel in Solomon v. St. Joseph Hospital, 62 F.4th 54 (2d Cir. 2023), and wrote the briefs as lead counsel in Rivera-Zayas v. Our Lady of Consolation, two Second Circuit appeals on whether nursing homes could avoid state-court lawsuits over COVID-era care. That same depth goes into every neglect case we take on.
