• $500,000.00 for the family of an 85-year-old nursing home resident in Staten Island whose tracheotomy tube dislodged and resulted in his death.
• $350,000.00 on behalf of a 63-year-old woman in Nassau County who sustained a herniated disc requiring laminotomy.
• $325,000.00 on behalf of the family of an 82-year-old Manhattan nursing home resident who fell in the nursing home and sustained a left tibia and fibula fracture. She did not have surgery and passed away six days later.
